Camp Givah is the premier Jewish camp of the capital region. It's home to a diverse and dedicated community. We encourage children to find value in their Judaism in a fun and exciting environment. We provide a unique cultural experience that nurtures lasting friendships from generation to generation.
Camp Givah is located on 250 acres in the scenic Helderberg Mountains, 20 miles from Albany. Featuring a large recreation hall, playground, swimming pool, athletic fields, arts and crafts buidling, Gan (3-5 year olds) building and Kosher kitchen. The camp is set amid rolling hills, woods, streams and a private lake. Camp Givah was founded in 1959 by the late Shraga Arian, a nationally renowned Jewish educator.
