The majority of our madrichim (counselors) are former Givah campers.  Each Givah group is supervised by a team of madrichim, which includes senior counselors, junior counselors and counselors-in-training. Madrichim participate in extensive pre-season training and attend weekly in-service staff meetings throughout the camp season.
